Christmas Baskets for the Rich

Christmas for the stars this year in Hollywood finds them spoiled with gift bags from Distinctive Assets founder Lash Fary and even though Tiger Woods has been a naughty boy, Santa is still paying him a visit.

I'm sure most of us have all been a little envious over those gift bags provided to the celebrities. Now we get to take a peak into what treats the rich and famous are getting.

After viewing this year's gift list, it seems to cater more towards the A-list parents of Hollywood with such presents as Lief! designed baby clothing, hypoallergenic hair gel for children by Le Baby Inc., and Couture Tutus for the little ones by Lehla Shop, which also happens to be my favorite this year. It's not all for the kiddies, there are also Soy Delicious Moisturizing Candles, sterling silver custom bracelets by taviametal, fitness retreat by Live in Fitness Enterprise, Compact-fold stroller by Britax, a hands free concealable breast pump by Freemie and so much more. Celebrity's are usually treated to a holiday as well, and this year's holiday has them escaping on a two night stay at La Costa Resort and Spa. Oh to be famous! The gift list does go on for the Hollywood big names, but what about us non-celebs? Even free gifts aren't entirely free. It's all about product placement, and those celebs receiving these gift baskets must be people who are splayed all over the covers of our favorite magazine and they must be in the limelight enough for the, it's all about product placement after all. So besides, Mr. Naughty Woods, who else is on the guest list to receive something special under their Christmas tree?

So, if Santa is giving a gift basket to Tiger, then perhaps I will wake up on Christmas day and find one under my tree too.
